All clothing will be delivered to the College for collection and usually takes approximately 21 days to be manufacturerd and customised. When your order has been received by the college, you will be sent a confirmation email to inform you that your order is ready to be collected from the Student Finance Department.

Should you have any specific queries about your order, please email the Online Shop Team on onlineshop@reaseheath.ac.uk or call us on 01270-613295, option 3 during normal working hours.

The majority of items will be especially made for you, therefore if you need to cancel an order, it's important that you do so by email within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise we can't accept the cancellation. We regret that once an item has been customised, we are unable to offer a refund, unless the item is faulty, when we will happily refund or replace the faulty item.
