Detailed Description
One locker per student allocated each academic year. Unless the key is lost and then you will need to purchase another new locker/key through the online shop. Once you have purchased the locker key, you will receive an email to arrange a collection appointment (where you sign a Locker/Key Responsibility form and collect your key).
Should you request the purchases of another locker/key without informing UCR Admin of lost key first, you will be issued a refund, as you are showing on the system as being issued a locker.
Lockers are secured by paying a £5.00 deposit through the online shop. At the end of the year, the key is to be returned to the HE Office and the deposit will be refunded back through the online shop.
If the key is lost, the deposit will be used to purchase another key and any damage to the locker will also result in loss of deposit.
