Detailed Description

The gym is open from 6am-10pm from Monday to Sunday. This membership is worth 12 months from the day of your induction. It has a range of equipment from the Technogym cardiovascular suite and resistance machines to Eleiko free weights and lifting platform. You must have a valid membership and have completed a health screen and induction before you may use the gym. You will be issued with an access card which is for your personal use only. Any misuse of the card or the gym will result in your membership being withdrawn. Please note there is no refund of membership. Any queries please email [email protected].
