Detailed Description

The gym is open from 6am-10pm from Monday to Sunday.

It has a range of equipment from the Technogym cardiovascular suite and resistance machines to Eleiko free weights and lifting platform.

You must have a valid membership and have completed a health screen and induction before you may use the gym. Once you have signed up, you will get a health screen form emailed to you and once completed you can book in a slot for your induction that will run at set times through the week.

You will be issued with an access card which is for your personal use only. Any misuse of the card or the gym will result in your membership being withdrawn.
