Level 2 Certificate of Competence in Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross Cutting CS30 (0039-20 Unit 20)

This is a prerequisite to all chain saw qualifications not including the CS38 climb trees and perform aerial rescue.

This is 2 days training, followed by an assessment on a separate date.

All assessments will be arranged to take place after training has been completed. You will be given the date and time during the training.

Refunds can only be offered for this course if you request a refund 14 days in advance of the course starting. If you purchase this course within 14 days of the course start date, no refunds can be offered.

Course Description

• This qualification is about the maintenance of a chainsaw and cross cutting trees at ground level
• Routine in this standard means corrective and preventative maintenance prior to and during work
• Cross cutting will include cross cutting timber under tension
• Health and safety and all current legislation is covered in the course
