Despite his busy schedule, Father Christmas will be visiting Reaseheath Equestrian Centre this year! Embrace the festive season with a must-have visit to our Santa’s grotto and Elf Workshop. This experience will include writing a letter to Santa, decorating a bauble that children can take home, as well as helping to prepare ‘Reindeer Feed’ that they can put out on Christmas Eve to help Santa with nourishing his reindeer on their busy journey! Your experience will then continue with a chance to meet Santa’s messenger ponies, culminating with a visit from Santa Claus - children are encouraged to share their excitement, wishes and stories before receiving a gift.

Terms and Conditions 

• Please refer to our event FAQs which provide lots more detail on common questions. 
• Make your way to Reaseheath Equestrian Centre (Entrance 3), park in the equine car park and arrive at the Equine Courtyard, quoting your name to a team member. 
• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start of your event 
• Entrance will not be possible if you arrive before your allotted time 
• Please be aware that your time slot will allow you to start the Elf Workshop activities on time and we aim to ensure that you see Santa within your allocated 1.5-hour time slot. On busy days, you may need to wait a little longer.  
• If you arrive late for your allocated time slot, please be aware that you may be unable to undertake all activities.  
• Children should be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults due to space restrictions in and around the workshops and grotto. 
• Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the duration of the event. 
• Where a session is shown as 'Sold Out' – we're sorry, there are currently no more tickets available for that time. 
• Tickets are non-transferrable unless notifying [email protected] a minimum of 48 hours in advance. 
• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of your booking will unfortunately be unable to be refunded.  
• Please be aware that elements of Santa's Grotto and Elf Workshop will be outside, so please dress accordingly.
