Once payment is confirmed you will receive an automatic email with a link to our booking calendar, so you can choose your preferred date and time. Please note: 

• under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.  
• Encounters are suitable for children over the age of 6, and adults, except the Tapir encounter with is only suitable for those 12 years of age and older. 
• Each booking includes zoo entry for one spectator.  
• Maximum of 4 participants per Encounter.  
• Approx. 30 minutes per Encounter.
